Answer» Last evening I came across a link that allowed me to check my PC for required updates.
A few programs did REQUIRE upgrading which I did. Now try as I might , I've been unable to find that link again. Would someone be kind enough to help?

It was an on line scan, but I was directed to that site by a link SOMEWHERE here in CH. I am and have been USING "Secunia" for sometime now but what I was looking for was different. As I'm sure you are aware" Secunia" shows program updates that are required to keep a PC safe. I was looking a site that simply tells me what programs on my PC has new updates available. I still haven't found that link but I did find another site. I'm now using "Update Checker"(which tells a few fibs) but seems to do the job.
