Solve : Annoying pop up window?

Answer» I have had this annoying pop up window for quite some time, it just flasher on the screen then gone. Its a large BLACK window and says C:\windowssystem32\QPRAGENT.exe. I have tried everything I can think of to delete it, and in the process I have found that I have no MSCONFIG file or HELP and support. I am running WindowsXP HOME SP2 Can someone please help??WORK through this post and submit the logs so we can see what is going on.
