Answer»

It doesn't show up if you are logged in I don't think.

I've never seen it. When did you see it? Can you see it now?It shows up on a lot of the pages but I think I saw it here first. http://www.google.com/intl/en/options/It's for google book search...I don't know. It's coming up in my regular searches also. http://www.google.com/search?q=Computer+Hope&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-aI guess it helps to check the Google blog. It's a USER submission that they liked.

Back in June, we rolled out a new favicon — the small icon that greets you when you access Google on your URL bar or your bookmarks list — and we encouraged our USERS to submit their ideas for this important PIECE of Google branding. We were impressed by the volume of submissions we received, and today we are happy to introduce a new Google favicon inspired by those submissions by our users. While the final icon is a reinterpretation of one contest submission, it draws on design elements and ideas from many of them.I don't see *censored* thing.

Note the favicon in the address bar...Oh, yeah, I know what happened. I have GreaseMonkey script for keeping old Google favicon...Shame on you.....shame, shame.I'm little bit conservative, sometimes It's on every Google page for me...It's on most Google pages for me too, I actually like this one. There last one they changed too didn't agree with me at all but this one looks pretty good.
