Solve : Anyone know?? |
Answer» I can hold down the CTRL key, and click the text of topics, or hold down the CTRL key, and click individual replies to topics like clicking icons on my desktop on this forum. Does anyone know what its for? It does not seem to be for moderational* actions, so I am not sure what to think. No matter what I click on while holding downAre you holding down the CTRL key and using the SCROLL wheel? I am just holding down control, and normally clicking the non-link PARTS of topics CTRL + click, shows web page's frames for me.Quote from: Broni on November 25, 2007, 03:37:53 PM CTRL + click, shows web page's frames for me.I've been wondering if thats what it is. If you click on individual topic replies, you can select the signature area, the avatar area, and the topic itself, but if you select outside that area, your previous selections disappear. Exactly. This is how CTRL works (with different functions). It's a selective key. For instance, in Windows Explorer, you can select non-consecutive files by holding CTRL, and clicking. BTW...too much time on hand???.....LOOOOOOOOOOOOLQuote from: Broni on November 25, 2007, 03:53:23 PM Yes I guess I never really sit and click while holding down CTRL, except in IE7.
