Answer» At each bootup, I get a error window that states the "APWUTIL.DLL" is missing. I am using NORTON AV 2002 on my PC and it seems to be RUNNING properly with AUTOMATIC updates and continuous scanning of files and incoming Email. This is a DLL file found in the Norton directory. It is, in fact, in the directory but it is "missing" in accordance with some program that is looking for it? How can I remove or fix this annoying error MSG from coming up at each bootup?
