Solve : Are all Laptop Hardrives compatible with any Lapto? |

Answer» Hi all, i recently bought a LAPTOP on ebay and it needs a harddrive, i also have another laptop one but its a different model of compaq, and i was MESSING with and figured i might as well see if the harddrive from that one FIT my other one, and it did! So now im wondering why should i pay alot more for a specific model hardrive if i can get a much cheaper one that is not necessarly specific to my model laptop (compaq presario 1505us). Well, let me know if u guys happen to know about this matter. If it fits, that most likely means it will work. Assuming it won't matter (much) if you break laptop or HD, I'd go for it; saving money is always GOOD. Here is an article about laptop hard drives: |
