Answer» Hi Guys, I have a Samsung N310, which, for some unknown reason last night, rotated the display 90 degrees. I got to the BOTTOM of that and reset it, but since then MANY of the keys dont work. q e t u i o a d z and all of the numbers! I think its a virus, as seems odd as a hardware failure. Steps TAKEN: NORTON Antivirus full scan - nothing Avast - nothing Spybot - Nothing Ad Aware - Nothing Malwarebytes - Nothing Flashed BIOS with latest version.... still nothing Reset CMOS - Nothing Then did Samsung Restore and wiped C drive back to original state.......still have the problem! Any IDEAS.... Help Help Help!
