somebody on the Bleeping computer forum says "This software is terrible"
Enigma software sues bleeping computer claiming it is a smear campaign against them. They decide it is a good idea to create web sites, web pages, and register DOMAINS USING the "Bleeping Computer" name and associating the name with malicious software.
Bleeping Computer counterclaims based on that "good idea".


That's the long and the short of it.Interesting.... Looked up that company to see if they were based outside of the USA and surprised they have a location within the USA. From what I read I expected it to be a company that felt it was immune from the law acting safely over seas in a negative manner. Not very smart on their part. Hoping this doesnt become a situation where whoever has more money to drag this out wins vs proper penalties paid for WRONG doing. Money has a way of buying people and businesses out of trouble and those with money know it and USE this against those who dont.They moved off shore shortly before the litigation started...they are scum.

Course now they'll likely start gobbling up CH domains...
