Chrome is my browser=default, I am updated for all my drivers and versions. I have an outlook connector(exec) pack that works great.

So....here is my delema yall, I need an e commerce page w/pay PAL & gallery for my new business, so....I went with the freehostia.com Water Circle package for $46 to get my domain name and a bunch of hosted or sub domains/emails.....and 1>  had them pre-install Word Press as my Admin = I crammed for days learning tech termanology and studying how to do it myself = cheap as I could.  Got 1 up and running with a WPress Construction site page up = live in only a few days.
 2>They/we use a Hepsia CPanel and the tech has yet to answer my question ticket.
3> FTP route to link the WP Admin w/ CPanel dosen't work either. 
4> Tried to make a Sql database to do a page = no go, so I deleted it.
5> :'(The Cpanel gateways to WP Admin site no longer connects with WP sites in any direction, nor does my seperate links to WP through Chrome or Internet Explorer go there.  All my/their links to the WPAdmin and my sites are broken.  Get a error 404 or "error establishing a database connection" "The requested URL was not found on this server additonally a 404 , not found error port 80" = my page no longer up.
Not on the subdomain or registed domain addresses.  Hepsia w/no T. VIDEOS tells us to use Front Page =  outdated into non existance....

Things were fine with the live under construction page UNTILLLLl.....I tried to create a new hosted domain.  didn't work so I made a subdomain And then installed a wp template from the C Panel installer=Elephante.
6> Now my A is the same for the Registerd domain address and the subdomain address...HELP! 
7>ON the registered domain page on the CPanel it is calling my registered domain a hosted domain now.  There is still a www adress from the freehostia server showing as a shared domain which I have not used or changed.  I don't know which direction to go forward in.  to get unstuck.
 8>Chrome is now saying the CA root Cert. issued for, and by, my own computer NEEDS peer to peer trust server authentificaton.  My cookies have been effected and I can't even get on my craigslist act. today after trying to fix the cookies settings...... I am afraid to spin my wheels anymore and dig in even deeper.  I know they are all related, and fixable = Where there is a will there is a way...
