How can I FIND my browser's TEMP files, or downloaded files in either IE, Chrome or Firefox?

By default almost all web BROWSERS are set to store your downloaded files in "Downloads" folder present in your Windows user profile folder usually here==> C:\users\your name\downloads

You've mentioned two THINGS, temp files and downloaded files. zep516's post addresses downloaded files but not temp files. To clear temp files in Firefox, for example, see How to clear the Firefox cache. For Chrome, see https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95582?hl=en If you want help with IE, please tell us what version of Windows and IE you are using. In all browsers you can find a setting in OPTIONS to force downloads to a folder of your choice.You're welcome cinque8 !
