Answer» I have smartphone android 5 when I take pictures jpg and videos mp4 and I connect camera to desktop via cable and copy not CUT to desktop videos and pictures will not display. Then when you take smartphone and try to view pictures or videos get message unsupported file type. I STORE on SD in camera . Any ideas?You may NEED software from the phone manuf. SITE....mine does Now I know as I thought it might be SD card today does not show up in folders
