Answer» Can't download Google Chrome because site says that my version of Internet EXPLORER is "unsupported" What does this mean? Can't download Google Chrome because site says that my version of Internet Explorer is "unsupported" What does this mean? Are you sure that's what the site said? It doesn't make sense. Your version of Internet Explorer has nothing to do with downloading and installing Chrome. What version of Windows do you have? Just for the record, what version of Internet Explorer do you have? Where were you trying to download Chrome from? Quote from: kitosdad on June 08, 2012, 10:15:02 AM Also, my "C" hard-disk is showing filled, whilst my "D" disc has the full complement of space available. Can I change over to "D" and how?I have no idea what "full complement of space available" means. How much space is available on D? How LARGE is D? On many computers, D drive is a recovery partition? In other words, the manufacturer put a copy of Windows and the original software installed on the computer, on drive D so that you can use it to restore your system in case of major problems with your operational Windows system on drive C. If your drive D is a recovery partition put there by the manufacturer, it should be left alone; it should not be used for your personal files. So, we need more info from you regarding drive D. Thank you soybean. I will have to ask my friend the replies to your questions. Will get back to you a.s.a.p. |
