Answer» Where I LIVE there is reliable Internet service, but bad plain telephone service. We have a cell phone, but we need to have a house phone. The regular wired house phone goes out whenever we have heavy rain. This has gone on for about 12 years. Money s an issue, we live on our Social Security and little extra. So we have been thinking VOICE over Interpret. A friend recommended Magic box, but the initial cost is very high. Skype is lower cost, PUT does not come with equipment needed.
