Solve : cannot get mouse or keyboard to work? |

Answer» I have a dell inspiron 570 that's only 3 months old. When I turned it on this morning it worked fine. I had to turn it off to go to an appt and when I came HOME and turned it BACK on it WOULD not recognixe either the mouse or keyboard. I tried connecting them in different usb slots but to no avail I contacted dell and that was a waste of time. Right now I am USING an old dell 2350. I need some help. Both the mouse and keyboard came with the 570.Get a RMA ( Return Merchandise Authorization) from Dell. |
