Solve : Cant connect to the IRC chat?

Hey All

I cant seem to connect to the IRC chat today via the web CLIENT or HexChat - it FINDS my hostname as usual then gets stuck on that screen yet im getting notifications from the web client telling me people are talking ?

EDIT : Its somehow IP ADDRESS related as i can connect via a Cyberghost US VPN server
