Answer» Morning.i want to take photos' with my mobile phone,then transfer them to my computer.i have been told i can buy a sim card reader.that i put my sim card in . then transfer to my computer.but i have just read that the sim cards do not store photo's. so this wont' work .i am confused can anybody help.1) Depending on your phone you should be able to just connect it to your computer via usb and transfer the photos. 2) ALSO depending on your phone, you may be able to move the photos from internal memory to the sim card.Thanks ALan i will try it out.no additional data torage? like smartcard, mmc card, m2 card or any type of memory stick? or u said your phone is build in memory only. no additional or add on memory card? if that the case, old phone have infra red u can check u phone or just put your model n brand here.. will look in net for spec.. if u happen to have infrared, then u just need an irda device or infra red device that can synchronize your phone with your PC. then nowdays phone also have ready bluetooth, so same also, just need bluetooth device n program to synchronize the PC n phone. so need more info about your phone like brand n model. then we will help u better to solve this outThanks Badia nila.my phone is a Nokia 2220 slide (not expensive ) but suites my needs.that tricky... i see the info on web.. Simcards do not store data. Phone numbers "stored" to a simcard are actually saved to the mobile provider's network. I don't know of any mobile provider that will store your pictures through the simcard.

2. If there is no SD card, you will need to connect the phone to the computer through USB. Depending on the phone, this may work without installing additional software.
