Hi I hope someone can HELP me ? I suspect my problem could be that my imac is too old ?
But it runs smoothly with everything else I do ... when ever I enter a chat room and not long after I begin chatting with someone the screen freezes & that colourful disc spins until the computer crashes. This happens each time I attempt to chat with anyone.
This is a Mac OS X Version 10.1 & the processor is PowerPC G3. I hope that is enough information ? I hope that there may be a solution to this because it's the only thing that doesn't work well on my computer. THANK You. Van.could be a damaged OS
