Solve : Close Program Screen? |
Answer» I had to uninstall aol and re-install it on my computer because it wasn't letting me log on. I contacted AOL Tech support and they instructed me on what to do and it reloaded successfully but I am still having trouble logging on to the internet. The tech told me that I have too many PROGRAMS that are APPEARING on the screen when I HIT ctrl/alt/delete and he said to contact a computer service to find out how to get those programs from appearing in that screen. He said that they are programs that automatically come on when I start up my computer and they are overloading my computer and not allowing me to log on to AOL. I know how to "End Task" them and it works temporarily but I don't know how to make them go away until I want to use them (if that makes any sense). Can you give me any advice on what I need to do? THANK you for your time and attention to this matter. PhilGo to Start > Run type in msconfig and PRESS . |
