Answer» Hey guys i'm trying to FIGURE out why my SCREEN on my MP3 is blank. its like completely blank it started with frozen pixels of the volume so I would turn it off then back on. ( P.S. I know COBY has nothing to do with apple but i couldn't find a CATEGORY that it would fit under )yeah, unfortunately there's not really a good place to post this type of question, so apple will have to do. There's not really much you can do if it's a flash mp3 player. My first suggestion to try would be to turn it on, let the BATTERIES drain completely, then charge it fully again. Sometimes this works with iPods (shuffles, nanos, videos, really any of them). Let me know if that helps at all.
