Solve : Comparison Between 2 LAPTOPs?

Answer»

Should I go for Dell Inspiron 15R Intel Core i7/ 4GB/ 1TB/ 15.6" OR
Lenovo Ideapad Z500 Intel Core i5/ 6GB/ 1TB/ 15.6"I would go for the Dell. But that is just me. Depends if you need the power of the i7. The 15R is one of Dell's run-of-the-mill CONSUMER laptops and is available with anything from a Celeron right up to an i7. As a result is is chunky and not super high quality.

The Ideapad on the other hand is a high quality luxury machine so although it doesn't have the same CPU power as the Dell, it is a much higher quality machine in both internal components and build quality.

Given the choice I would always go for the Ideapad over a 15R.As Cameron says - these are entirely different systems aimed at different markets. If you're in the market for an Ideapad, you're not going to look TWICE at the Inspiron - if you're interested in the Inspiron, the Ideapad shouldn't be on your shortlist.I would always go for Lenovo.
Of course they can be EXPENSIVE but I think that their quality is really good.

You obviously don't understand. In patio's and my part of the country, we've had quite a few days of sub-zero temperatures and PLENTY of snow too. See, we have a season here called winter. Quote from: soybean on February 01, 2014, 04:22:33 PM
