Answer» I can't find a GOOD USB Component TV tuner under $100. All of them are if you want to connect them to a monitor, NOT ONES you can connect to your computer and the USB ports on all of them are for use as a USB photo frame, not to connect to your computer or are PCI or PCI Express and I record on a laptop. |
