How much does a certified a+ computer tech make annually?

I am LOOKING to change careers and like working on and with computers and i am interested in this field.

The customer base also plays a factor in the amount you will be able to charge.I wouldn't mind working for myself and most likely would after a little while, but for starters an IT job would have to do.www.cbtnuggets.com - not free, but very much worth it.I like Professor Messor but I wouldn't recommend learning everything from those videos.. There are many important aspects of computing not covered in those videos (A+ is the tip of the ice burg) so I would recommend getting a book WRITTEN by a respected author to add to your studies, but stick to the exam OBJECTIVES, for now, to simply everything. edit: oh yeah...Keep in mind that there are two exams you must pass in order to become A+ certified....$168 each... You can take them both on the same day or split them up, to study for each one separately.. All other CompTIA exams only require one exam to get certified, I think..

Network +, which I'm going for now only requires passing one exam to get certified, which is a relief..




BrainBench...Would networking be a good career choice if so i may look into itt tech, for a 2 year degree.
