Okay so if im posting this in the WRONG place, then someone please move it lol but anyway, recently, my computer has pretty MUCH gone to h**l..So many things wrong with it an i cant seem to get anything working...1st off..

I can no longer do "ctrl+alt+delete" this was the 1st thing i noticed, it says its been disabled by my administrator. I searched google on how to fix this, an was told to do the "run..." thing an type in regedit: or w/e, nothing worked with the "run..." thing, it also says its diabled...

Next is these d**n CiD: pop UPS i keep getting. I checked on this also, an was told its an add-on an needs to be removed via "add an remove programs" only probably is...i cant remove anything. What ever this is, its screwed with that as well. Half my programs i have arnt even LISTED in the "add an remove programs" such as adobe, camtasia, my spyware programs etc. An what is listed, i cant uninstall. One i tried getting rid of happened to be MSN, which is listed, but when i click it, theres no remove button, i even tried some of my programs by clicking start an finding it listed an removing it that way, still nothing.

On top of all that, what ever got put into my computer, also messed with my home page. It has a google search bar (doesnt look like the page though) but everything is in freaken spanish!

What every this is, its also eating up what little memory i have left. Now i got maybe 700+ MB of space left...an i had a couple GB of space, i cant even do a disk defragment because i only got 2% of free space on my computer. I cant even run World of Warcraft any more ;.;

What do i do? i need some major help for those willing lol im no computer expert an to please explain things in full detail so that i can accuaily understand it lol thank you..

edit: also fergot, i also wanna add that my computer desktop will no longer display any images as well, this was the very 1st thing that started...please dont give me links thats only going to require me to spend any or a ton of money just to get my computer working, i cant afford that Start with this Malware Guide:
