Solve : Computer & Storms? |
|
Answer» Help Please No but it seems obvious that if your home gets hit by a surge you could fry just about any part in the computer. Static from your body is enough to toast some parts. No ARGUMENT...but let's now confuse power surge with ESD (electrostatic discharge). They are not the same and a surge protector will not protect from ESD.
