Answer» my friend just bought a new PCMCIA card for USB extension, we'll my friend did install for the software (its belkin pcmcia card), then the problem start to appear, my friend's computer (Win XP) can detect the card but it could work for USB connection (the card itself work) then i use my external HARDDRIVE with USB plug-ins, still my friend's computer can detect my external hard drives but can't open my document later that night i just realized that all my DOCUMENTS and files in my external hard drives is gone do SOMEBODY know this problem
