Answer» I own a website, manage another website, (and another website after that), and CREATE various programs in my spare TIME. Most of these things, I mark with (C) 2007 (and then the media name) Questions about this: 1) Does this OFFICIALLY declare me (or the company) owning the media since it has this copyright? 2) What would happen if someone were to take this information? Would legal actions force them to retract any violations they make? 3) What good does registering a copyright do? (Not a patent)Zylstra555...... Do a bit of reading...... it's all spelled out here. PROBLEM solved Answer: The minute its created, its copyrighted to you.Yes, but apparently you have to register to have the copyright COUNT as evidence.
