Hello.  My name is Ifor love

I have a problem with offline websites I create.  In order to help I will give bigger picture.  I started to learn making a website with HTML using tutorials about 3 years ago. However, I went to Thailand for almost 3 yaers. during that time I continued to build and alter website content.

I took my websites with me on flash drive.

I STRATED to work on them.  I wanted to get them right.  To edit them. (changing the wording  copy)  Howver for some unknown reason,  I could NOT alter them.  Obviously I never finished them so they were never uploaded to internet.  Now as I could not MAKE changes in source, i belived it was because of different XP window version. I had windows vista dark version 2009-2009.

However when I returned to Uk the problem is still there with websites I started to build on this same COMPUTER windows XP 2002 still cannot be altered.

I always use Microsoft Notebook to make the html websites.  The copy or wording was like this in black and white.  Now, the html and wording has changed color.  it is blue and red.

Can anyone help PLEASE. Ifor loveHow did you create the websites in the first place?
