Has anyone come across a UTILITY like the Matrox PowerDesk that allows you to DIVIDE the screen into MULTIPLE parts? Take a look at http://windows.software.informer.com/download-windows-desktop-screen-divider/  I haven't used any of them, so I can't say for sure whether you can find something there that will serve your needs.See Here...
