Answer» every time i CLOSE down internet, my desktop reverts too the old white screen. giving me the option to restore, which it does....but.......i cannot start ie again. i have tried every kind of cure, but nothing helps.I had that problem a few TIMES when I would install certian BACKGROUNDS on my desktop. ESPECIALLY backgrounds that I downloaded. Try using a simple background and SEE if that helps.
