Answer» Running XP with direct x 9.0b .When I go into dxdiag to test direct DRAW and 3d acceleration the 3d tests fail the cube sits there and flickers and the other tests show white screen no spinning cube .Iam using a agp card with 64mb .Need help !go to control panel/display settings and adjust the slider? also a ram upgrade may help you?as WINXP need a lot of ram 256/512 will do?and a GRAPHICS can g-force or simular.what ERROR message did directx give you or the events log?Iam running 256mb.And have tried to move slider adjustments to all settings with no luck.When I run the 3d tests the results are the same for all rendering Failure at step 32 (user verification of direct 3d rendering hresult=0x00000000 (error code).try updating your graphics card drivers>http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp
