Answer» Im trying to help a NEIGHBOR with Win98 display & I haven't used W98 for yrs. The kids adjusted the display too large & I cant access the control panel display SETTINGS because they are below the bottom of the screen. How do I RESET to default settings. I know there is a way.....just can't remember ittop task bar/view/TEXT size okundvetern....when you say display, do you mean text size or do you mean screen size ( resolution) ie 600 * 800 to say 1152 * 864. If you wish to change the screen resolution go to control panel .....then select display and go to the settings tab and change to the desired setting .....then click apply and ok . The other thing the kids may have done is adjust the screen size on the MONITOR ....in which case use the controls on the front of the monitor to adjust the size to what you want .
