Solve : display webpage on lock screen?

Answer»

I'm wondering if anyone has come across ANYTHING that would let you display a web page on the WINDOWS lock screen.

Back story:
I was getting ready to leave work the other day and needed to check my kiwi syslog web interface for any new events and had to unlock my workstation in order to see that there was nothing wrong. Then I started thinking. Why can't I have the web page viewable on my lock screen so I don't have to go through such a difficult task of logging into windows to see the logs?

I have found, and regularly use on some of my systems, the Transparent Screen Lock program, which uses a non-Windows locking mechanism so you can see everything on the screen, but not able to make changes. But on my administration workstation, there's sometimes stuff that I don't want prying eyes to see, so I don't think that can be my solution.

In my short amount of googling, I didn't find anything, so does anyone have any idea for a way to get this done or have a BETTER idea?
I have seen businesses use keyboard & mouse lock software in which you need to press like ( Left & Right Shift keys + Escape key) at the same time to unlock the system, so you can lock it and walk away and as long as no one knows your keystroke combination to unlock it, its well protected. Seen this used with Windows XP systems that are for display only purposes where keyboard/mouse can not be locked down or restricted of access.

A webpage could be brought to full view with a refresh instruction that periodically sends an F5 command and with F11 you can hide the browser and just have the page TAKE up the entire display.
