Solve : E-Mail minimizes when clicked on; also can't reply? |

Answer» all of a sudden, when I click on an email, it minimizes itself to the bottom. If I go to the bottom when it minimizes, and right click it maximizes. However, EITHER way I cannot reply. I cannot create either. I have people sending me emails for genealogy searches and I can't reply to thank them - very frustrating. Pleeeeeeeeeeease someone out there help me. I have SPENT DAYS on Norton/Symantec trying to fix it to no avail. I have never heard of this before - have you? What can I do? I am disabled and on a FIXED income and cannot afford to ask Microsoft, so I am relying on the "kindness of strangers". Thank you for any help and time you can give me. DebWhen was the last time you ran Live UPDATE? There was a problem in one of the updates with the email scanner. The problem has been corrected with an update about a week ago. |
