Answer» My Epson Color 777 won't "grab" and feed the paper. No software problems. Red error LIGHT is on solid. This normally indicates one of the ink cartridges is out or a paper jam. Neither is the case. Printer ATTEMPTS to PRINT, but paper is never fed down to do so. Help! THANKS. DOUBLE POST Please see responses in the other section.
