Answer» My RX 580 jammed. After I removed paper jam, two cartridges (which were 25% full) were not recognized by the PRINTER. They then SHOWED 100% full, but the remaining cartridges were not recognized even though they were 25% full. I CHANGED them all, all showing 100% full. When I tried to print- nothing appeared on the paper. The process appeared to go normally, but there was not output. I cleaned the nozzles and printed a alignment check, which appeared normal. I am running WINDOWS Media Center XP on a Dell Dimension 510. Any help greatly appreciated!Turn computer, and printer off. |
