Answer» When I START up my computer I GET a small box in the middle of the screen saying Frequencia fuera de bande. Can anyone tell me how to remove this. I am USING a computer with windows xp. ThanksThe monitor is not able to display. The SCAN rate is too high. Start the PC in safe mode and verify the resolution is right for your monitor. You might have to cycle the monitor on and off for it to sync with the PC.
