Answer» The European Union fined Microsoft Corp. a record $1.3 billion on Wednesday for charging rivals too much for software information. LinkI see them losing this one...and i don't mean MS. MS is tired of the lawsuit circle and will probably fight this one successfully.I'd agree. If by some CHANCE they didn't win this after several years of fighting it I'm SURE it would be reduced significantly. If they lost and had to pay that that would be a HUGE loss.Yeah, I don't really see the EU winning this one.
