yes i have a dumb question is there anyway to contact facebook and make sure they get the email because i have tried every email there is for them and they wont answer BACK and i am wondering if they even got the email
has anyone ever had success on getting facebook to respond to anything or notHow long have you given it before determining they arent getting back to you, and have you used their customer service method of asking for help or are you using a different mean through some e-mail address found on google that might not be their contact method?

IVE never contacted them myself, but curios how long you WAITED for answer and if you followed the customer service measures that they have in place or are using a e-mail address that might not be the one that is monitored for help. If you sent an e-mail and it didnt come back as undeliverable then it went there. But no guarantee that it was opened. You can only know if it made it to mail server and a valid e-mail address THATS all. From there someone has to CHECK and respond to e-mail.You might visit https://www.facebook.com/help/community/ and seek an answer there.
