When I try to view videos or play games online I KEEP getting an error mmessage that either says that I need to download FLASH player or javascript. I have both of these already. What else could be the PROBLEM?Test Adobe Shockwave Player

It could be that they are not updated. What browser do you regularly used and have you TRIED opening it on another browser? Check your add-ons status(IE8).
