Solve : FORBIDDEN error message?

Hi,

I recently received an error message that I have never received before. I use Virgin Mobile Broadband, whch uses the Sprint network. This link is given by the XBMC/Kodi website in order to download IPTV channels to their app. Does anyone know why I got this message?

That is a standard message. The URL used REQUIRES PERMISSIONS. That area is no supposed to be in the public area of the server. If you are sure it is no an error on your part, CONTACT the web MASTER fro that site.
