For almost a year MS has said there would be some sort of free Windows for cheep devices. Yes, even devices that do not run Intel/AMD code. Like:
Ainol
Arduino
Raspberry Pi
RT devices
X-Box

Raspberry Pi does Windows 10
Enjoy This is not full Windows 10, it is Windows 10 IoT Core designed for "Internet of THINGS" devices, it can run Windows software but does not have any sort of graphical interface, it is not suitable as a general purpose OS.
Ainol - Has x86 CPU and therefore runs regular Windows 10
Arduino - Microconroller, not a computer, doesn't run any sort of Operating System
Raspberry Pi - Windows 10 IoT Core - Not general purpose OS
RT devices - Windows RT is PRETTY much DEAD, haven't seen a device released in ages
X-Box - Games console, runs it's own OS based on Windows, XBox One has a regular AMD x86 CPU
