It's not actually "rewiring". If you'd read the article you'd SEE that it would more around negatively or positively CHARGED particles into different configurations, hence allowing a resistor to become a diode or transistor or whatever.Apologies, I was unable to read the article, my school web filter blocks everything not of TLD .com, save for approved sites.
