The balance is quite OFTEN lost and results in ridiculous charges. I suggest either learning it yourself or have someone trustworthy fix your problems, not a store. Data recovery should be done by a company dedicated on doing so and not on a bunch of recently graduated students who'll do ANYTHING to get higher up.
