Answer» When i turn on my computer. Im getting the POST or BIOS prompt. I follow the instruction of hitting DEL to take me to BIOS screen. But the next screen is telling me the details of the intel core size and MB. It finishes with "initialising the USB controllers......DONE" I then wait........then try hitting the DEL key....other keys......more keys!! and nothing happens. I recently got a complete crash so gave it to a techo computer guy and he re installed windows etc. It worked for about two weeks and crashed again. Im really not happy about it all (i do have my laptop to do work) but my family dont have networking because the main PC is down. Can anyone help me. Im not ready to give it to the computer guy again as im not paying anymore money out. Is my computer fixable? its only 12-18mths old.Welcome to the CH forums. What happens if you DON'T hit Del It just stays on the 1st wakeup screen. MSI intro. no sound. no movement.
