Answer» I have a dell laptop with xp Pro. I had to have a new hard drive put in it and now after getting it back. I can't get on the wireless internet. In the wireless network configuration area, I am getting a full signal STRENGTH from the router and I am getting packets sent but none on the received side. What do you think the problem is? Some setting that NEEDS worked on? I appreciate the help!I have had this problem before and it usually had SOMETHING to do with the WEP key being incorrect or blank.If you had the hard drive REPLACED you NEED to set up your internet connection from the beginning unless they cloned the old one...what type of service do you have ? ?
