Answer» Trying to help a friend who has an IMac. SORRY, I don't know much else, being a Windows guy. Anyway, he uses AOL. When he tries to access www.gmail.com, it winds up with a color-spin-wheel INSTEAD of a mouse cursor. There it remains until you stop the task. So he has talked to "experts" over the phone for hours and re-installed AOL, etc. My main question: Can AOL users access GMail?
