Microsoft and Google are in another squabble and one accuses the other of doing something that's not very good. Have you heard this before? This time it's about security. Fine, all of us are interested in security. It goes something like this. Google is going to stop using something made by Microsoft. They say it's no longer secure. Now Microsoft comes back and defends itself about the security issue. So who is more credible? If Microsoft's product is not secure, whose is? Are we to believe that Google is really going to help us all keep our computers more safe? Here are the two stories that are in the news this week. Once upon a time Google was just a search engine. No more. Google docs is a direct threat to Office. Google is making Chrome into an operating system. MS is pushing Bing as a search engine. It goes something like this. Google is going to stop using something made by Microsoft. They say it's no longer secure. Now Microsoft comes back and defends itself about the security issue.
