i have a question that i hope SOMEONE can answer with out to much stress, it is in regards to hacking. when hackers hack what is stopping the victim from tracing them. i know that they can change their IP and proxy ect but i also read that the victim can undo the changes to IP and Proxy ect to find the ORIGINAL, so i guess my main question is what is preventing hackers from being busted/ found? are there programs or is it luck or yeah. i hope that this helps others out too.
