Answer» Can someone please tell me why the green light on the front of the cpu is yellow and not green? im running windows xp. i cant turn it on or even use the comptuer. i need an answer asap, i am USING that computer for schoolTypically this means a power supply problem.... Is this a dell ?yes it is. i havent been ablt to use it since i got it for school. does that mean i have to get a new power cord?You should try a new power cord sometimes that is all that is the problem other times its the PSU inside the computer alright. so i got an extra power cord ILL try that today... but if it is the psu then ill need to get a new one?YEP i RECKON so
