Answer» Can anyone help? My Dell computer will not start! After the normal WINDOWS logo pops up, a black and white screen appears asking me to select a mode ( SAFE mode or normal windows mode) but after EVERYTHING I try, the computer just reverts back to switching on again! It counts down the seconds to re-boot and when it gets to 0, the screen freezes for a while and then the whole thing just starts again! I don't know what has happened and don't SEEM to have any access to any controls or anything to do anything. Please help! When did the problem start and what happened prior to this? Have you added or REMOVED software/hardware or noticed any strange behavior?
